Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Won Top Honors at South East Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2016

At the annual South East Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2016 on 24 November 2016, Qingjian Realty bagged two awards, namely Best Executive Condo Development and Best Residential Interior Design.

As the exclusive winner of Best Executive Condo Development and Best Residential Interior Design respectively, Ecopolitan Executive Condominium and Bellewoods Executive Condominium also achieved BCA Green Mark Award (Gold Plus) presented by Building and Construction Authority of Singapore for their environmental impact and performance.

Besides winning the two awards, Bellewoods and Ecopolitan were highly commended for Best Landscape Architectural Design, and Bellewoods and Bellewaters were highly commended for Best Executive Condo Development at the event.

The awards and commendation is a recognition of Qingjian Realty’s continuous efforts to provide the finest developments for the society.
