CNQC (South Pacific) was awarded with HDB Construction Award 2017 (Merit)

On 6 September 2017, the 2017 HDB Awards ceremony was held in Shangari-la Hotel, Singapore. Second Minister for National Development, Mr Desmond Lee presented the Awards to the winners. At the ceremony, CNQC (South Pacific) was awarded with HDB Construction Award (Certificate of Merit) for Compassvale Cape HDB flats project.

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) is Singapore's public housing authority,in charge of planning and developing Singapore's housing estates, building homes and transforming towns to create a quality living environment for Singapore. HDB flats are now home to over 80% of Singapore's resident population. CNQC (South Pacific) has achieved five HDB Construction Awards (award/Merit).

Compassvale Cape consists of 11 residential blocks, with a total of 1400 dwelling units. With a Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) score of more than 95, it also achieved the CONQUAS Star rating, the highest possible accolade for construction quality and workmanship in Singapore.

Up to-date, CNQC (South Pacific) has bagged three out of the only four CONQUAS Star certificates issued by Building and Construction Authority to public housing projects, which proves CNQC’s leading rule in construction quality of  Singapore’s building industry.
